The present General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter " general conditions ") regulate the contractual relationship between My Wolf Coffee, société par action simplifiée au capital de 5000 euros, registered at the RCS of Paris, 75009 under the number 938 442 241, whose registered office is located at 12 rue Manual, 75009 Paris, france, (hereinafter referred to as "the seller" ) and any natural or legal person making a purchase of a product and/or service (hereinafter the " Customer ").
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the framework of the sale of the products and services marketed by My Wolf Coffee, via its website www.monloupcoffee.com (hereinafter " the Site ") or any other distribution channel
Any order placed with My Wolf Coffee implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these terms and conditions.
The company My Wolf Coffee retains the right to amend at any time these terms and conditions of sale, in order to comply with new regulations or for the purpose of improving the use of the website. Because of this, the GTC applicable are those in force on the date of the conclusion of the contract of sale between the Seller and the Customer.
The Products offered are those listed on the Site, within the limit of stocks available. The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time the assortment of products. Each product is presented on the Website in the form of a description. The photographs are as accurate as possible but not binding on the Seller.
Product prices are expressed in euros and are inclusive of all taxes (including VAT).
The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time ; however, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order. The payment is carried out exclusively in-store at the time of withdrawal by cash or credit card.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
The client attests to order by completing the following steps :
When the customer's order is ready to be collected at the shop located at 12, rue Manual – 75009 Paris, he is notified by e-mail.
Once the order is confirmed, no changes or cancellation will be possible, except in cases of obvious error on the part of the Seller.
The service Click & Collect allows the Customer to order online and to withdraw its order in the store, to the following address :

In accordance with the legislation in force and with article L221-28 of the consumer Code, the Client does not benefit from the right of withdrawal for the perishable products (pastries, biscuits, pastries, etc).
For products that are not perishable offered (e.g. accessories), the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal, at its own expense.
